Alysha Lobo shared a screenshot of a new agent she's testing: while helping with a phone-upgrade support flow, it snarks about customer service ghosting them both, mocks her old phone "hanging on at 76% battery," and ends with "you either got the new phone or you're still on the 76% one, and that tells me a lot about you." She jokes the agent is rage-baiting her into buying a new iPhone.
