paraschopra · x · 2026-11-05
Butterfly Effect founder Paras Chopra predicts a new shape for scientific research: AIs unleashed on problems will convincingly show that something works, and humans will then come in to understand how it works, generating new questions and ideas along the way. He foresees a great decoupling between solving and understanding, with AI actively assisting to make the understanding easier.
