Amplitude hits $431M ARR, up 24%, as AI agent product Wave fuels two-quarter growth streak

Amplitude reported Q3 2026 results: $431M ARR, up 24% YoY and $21M sequentially — its first accelerating growth in two consecutive quarters since 2023. Q3 revenue hit $110.6M (+25%), non-GAAP operating income reached $5.7M (record margin), and 855 customers now pay over $100K ARR (+31%). CEO Spenser Skates says AI makes building software easy but knowing what to build is the bottleneck — the company is leveraging 14 years of product analytics context in Wave, an agent that spots what to build, ships it, and measures impact.
