sebkrier · x · 2026-11-05
Cosmos and Inherent Labs are running an essay competition with a November 8 (Pacific) deadline, £20,000 in prizes across three winners, and a week working alongside the Inherent team for the top entrant.
The topic: how organizations can harness AI agents for productivity without eroding human autonomy and fulfillment. Judges include @lugaricano, @gleech, @divyasiddarth and Chris Summerfield. Entrants pick one of two prompts, max 1,000 words:
- How can AI address a specific coordination problem that has historically dogged human organizations, and what would adoption mean for structure and day-to-day experience?
- Describe a specific AI system that, when implemented, would simultaneously strengthen human judgment and boost organizational performance.
