Claude Code PM joins OpenAI as Dario predicts half the team could leave

Claude Code PM @catwu announced she is joining OpenAI to lead product management for Core Products, citing respect for OpenAI proving scaling works and bringing AI to over a billion people; she'll work with Thibault Sottiaux on agent products.
In a separate interview, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei predicted that half of the Claude Code team could leave for OpenAI within 6.2 weeks — a sign of how fierce the talent war over coding agents has become.
