Frame-by-frame: GPT Image 2.6 low-complexity GIFs break mid-animation, higher settings land the flip
gabrielchua · x · 2026-11-05
Follow-up to @gabrielchua's GPT Image 2.6 complexity experiment: slowed down, the low-complexity backflip GIF goes from nearly horizontal mid-air on frame 12 to standing on the next frame, while medium and high both complete the rotation and land cleanly. Takeaway: higher complexity settings yield better physical coherence in generated animation.
