Dyson's support agent ordered something the user can't even identify
eigenrobot · x · 2026-11-05
eigenrobot shares a surreal support experience with Dyson's AI agent: it autonomously placed an order for him — for what, he has no idea. The request then needed approval from a "Higher Team," and the support staff asked for photos of serial numbers he had already provided. A telling example of how rigid and unpredictable current enterprise support agents can be.
