LangChain released langchain-openai 1.7.4 (published Nov 4, 2026, 16:55 UTC). Changes since 1.7.3 include standardized model refusal content blocks and refreshed model profile data; refusal handling now requires langchain-core 1.7.5 or later, a dependency developers should note when upgrading projects that handle model refusals.
