Together AI launches Together Compiler, agents boost inference optimization throughput 252x

Together AI's research team introduces Together Compiler, a "continual compilation" system for AI inference. The insight: inference workloads are now polymorphic — 80% of OpenRouter traffic goes to models released in the last three months, and the top ten open models each use a different architecture.
The system deploys agents to continuously optimize deployments as models and usage patterns shift. Key highlight: TKCC lets agents run 252x more optimization experiments per hour than prior approaches.
