SammHo: one product brief feeds launch, changelog, marketing, and support content
SammHo · x · 2026-11-05
SammHo's thread on making agent workflows serve customer adoption in an era where "shipping got cheap, judgment didn't":
- Before any agent harness: write a skeleton product brief—background, the problem, and where the seed came from (a hunch, a Slack ping, analytics)—attach it to a Linear ticket as context; no repo access required.
- Synthesize the problem into a clearer story of the fix, then the same context feeds launch notes, changelog, product marketing, sales/customer enablement, support articles, PostHog, and onboarding—cutting mistranslation, latency, and arbitrary bottlenecks.
