Ex-Google PM to teach free 30-min lesson on building GTM agents from Linear context
SammHo · x · 2026-11-05
AI product leader Sam Ho (ex-Google, Turing, AskElephant) is running a free 30-minute Maven lightning lesson on Dec 17 on building a go-to-market agent that drives adoption.
Key workflow:
- Build a context harness in Linear: attach the spec, customer calls, positioning, and the metric to the ticket — no repo access needed
- Generate launch collateral once: the same context drafts the announcement, changelog, and sales/marketing enablement deck
- Close the loop: point the harness at PostHog for launch metrics and at your help center for support deflection
His thesis: everyone ships faster but nobody drives adoption. The translation layers (announcement, enablement, docs, measurement) never scaled with build speed — and one well-loaded context now beats the old engineer→PM→PMM→writer chain, letting a PM do adoption work in an afternoon.
