YC-backed Bayworks signs 80+ dealerships in 110 days, handling 4,000 repairs daily

Bayworks (YC F26) targets a blind spot in the auto industry: self-driving companies record every mile driven, but nobody records how vehicles get fixed.
The startup captures voice and video data as technicians repair cars and verifies the work, turning that ground truth into a system that runs dealership operations and standardizes every repair.
In 110 days it has gone from zero to 80+ dealerships handling 4,000 repairs a day, including a top-50 US dealer group with $3B+ annual revenue.
