More Perfect US quoted Sam Altman: "It's quite terrible to have everybody have a bunch of the world's limited supply of DRAMs sitting in their own computer, and being used 5% of the time... you want maximum utilization." The quote quickly spawned memes mocking the push to centralize compute, including 'Sam-chan, also known as Ram-chan, needs more RAM!!'
