Indian hospital doctor bets on local GPUs running small AI models by 2028

Dr. Datta of AIIMS responded to a prediction that by 2028 every hospital will run its own AI on local GPUs next to patient records rather than paying for cloud subscriptions. He agreed, arguing small models will get there first, and invited the original poster to advise as they urgently build this for India.
