Weaviate ships Boost soft re-ranking in v1.38, with an 81k-product search recipe

Weaviate's new Boost feature (v1.38+) softly re-ranks vector or keyword search results after retrieval and before pagination, boosting results by popularity, quality, price or recency without filtering out other relevant candidates. It supports filters, numeric/time decay functions, property values and blends without changing the retrieval model. An official recipe demonstrates each boost condition on a product search over 81,374 Amazon products, with docker-compose setup and import scripts included.
