Two Humanoid Robots Log 560K Records on Korean Injection Molding Line
CyberRobooo · x · 2026-11-04
Korea's IL Group ran a humanoid POC on affiliate IL Mobility's injection molding line: since February, two ILBOTs (hardware based on AgiBot G2) with Omni Pickers have sorted post-molding auto parts. The task is simple; the point is continuous real-floor data — task repeatability, motion paths, exception handling.
- Data progress: 2,389 hours and 437K operating records by early June; 3,229 hours and 560K by early July; target of 5 million by year-end.
- Seen in Korea as one of the earlier cases of sustained data collection on an actual production line.
- Owning the factory as a testbed lets them accumulate data while producing, then feed it back into control software and Physical AI models.
- They partner with AgiBot; the deployment leans toward data adaptation and RaaS. The injection-line POC will be shown at RoboWorld 2026.
