Graphiti 0.31.2 binds agent-memory servers to localhost by default for safety

Graphiti v0.31.2 quietly ships an important security improvement: its MCP and REST servers now bind to localhost by default so local agent-memory dev services can't accidentally become network-accessible. The release also updates certifi to mitigate the eMudhra CA compromise and fixes Neptune fulltext filtering, removeepisode fact retention, and bulk-episode edge recording, while documenting that the reference servers are reference-only.
