iOS 27.3 'new features' are reportedly just agent skills written as .md files for Siri

According to Viticci, the 'new features' in iOS 27.3's Siri are literally agent skills in .md files: one skill teaches Siri to select and insert text in Notes, another tells it which file types the Files app supports, and many examples spell out what not to do — a sign of an older underlying model. Apple appears to be building Siri on agent skills, echoing Anthropic's Skills mechanism.
