Dev sells a $1.99 'Human Typer' tool that fakes human typing to dodge AI accusations
Shoddy_Pangolin8459 · reddit · 2026-11-04
A Reddit user built "Human Typer," a lightweight offline tool that types a pasted AI-generated document into Word character by character, injecting human-style typos (letter slips, dysgraphia-style errors), then turns on Track Changes and corrects each one — producing a document that looks hand-typed with revision history as backup if a professor accuses you of cheating.
The author notes the assignment must already be high quality and free of AI artifacts — the tool "cannot fix stupidity or bad writing." It tracks no data, needs no login, and is sold on Etsy for $1.99 CAD.
