CrowdStrike acquires AI observability startup Fiddler to secure agents
SumitGup · x · 2026-11-04
Fiddler's founder announced the company is joining CrowdStrike after eight years. Founded around the explainability question from his Facebook days ("Why am I seeing this post?"), Fiddler now frames the 2026 version as: why did my coding agent change a production access policy when I only asked it to investigate? CEO George Kurtz pitched Fiddler at Falcon EU as the "flight recorder" for every agent — observability that explains what an agent did and why, enabling AI safety.
