DeepMind adds Cheminformatics Skills to Antigravity for retrosynthesis and enzyme design
jueseph · x · 2026-11-04
The DeepMind team introduced Cheminformatics Skills for Google Antigravity, giving Gemini-based agents tools for chemical reasoning such as retrosynthesis planning and reaction mechanism proposal.
Users can try it by installing the Science plugin in Antigravity. The target use cases are enzyme design/engineering and metabolic engineering—extending coding-agent infrastructure into wet-lab-oriented research workflows.
