Apple ships always-on Audio Intelligence in watchOS 27.3 beta: Siri Recap and Live Rewind

Apple's watchOS 27.3 developer beta includes new always-on Audio Intelligence features: Siri Recap uses "ambient listening" via the Apple Watch mic to generate summaries of your conversations, and Live Rewind transcribes the last 15 seconds of detected audio. Apple also opened its redesigned Health app for testing in the iOS 27.3 developer beta and expanded language support across global English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish.
