Inside EnterpriseShift: 13 jobs, 1.5M tokens of policy, 6 simulated systems
Shahules786 · x · 2026-11-04
Part 3 of the EnterpriseShift benchmark thread details the environment: 13 defined jobs, 300 policy documents (1.5M tokens), and 6 simulated systems—ServiceNow, Entra ID, Entra ID Governance, Teams, SharePoint, and StatusGator. Records are grounded in real ITSM activity logs, including unfinished work and historical irregularities. Jobs define responsibilities, policies guide decisions, and runtime permissions enforce authority: a Change Manager can authorize a change but cannot implement it, forcing agents to coordinate with simulated colleagues.
