REAX 1.3 is live as reax-1.3: €0.40 per million input tokens with free outputs, EU-hosted only, and a Jev-compatible interface. The Apache-2.0 open decision model comes from a decentralized lab on Bittensor subnet 92, where miners train models in open competition—REAX 1.3's two parallel parts build on fine-tunes from miners uid 18 and uid 83. It supports noul/choice/score question types, caps inputs at 8,192 tokens per question (refusing rather than truncating), and reports results on public Hugging Face Decision Index items.
