From one 82-second video to a 3D Gaussian splat in ~20 minutes

A practical 3DGS workflow shared on X: shoot with a DJI Osmo Pocket 4P → align poses with COLMAP → train 3D Gaussian splatting in LichtFeld Studio. From an 82-second video the author extracted 164 frames, used 161 of them, and trained the 3DGS scene in about 20 minutes.
