Anthropic staff steps in after user says Claude ban appeal takes 10 days
edwinarbus · x · 2026-11-04
A user posted on X that his Claude account was banned overnight; he believes he was within the terms of use (though he runs many community notes/sessions), and found the 10-day review period excessively long, asking if others had similar experiences. Anthropic's Edwin Arbus replied that he works on Claude and asked the user to DM his account email so he could investigate.
