Weird trustmrr listing drama: seller claims domain was kept by previous owner

Indie hacker Ayush shared a bizarre case from trustmrr (Marc Lou's micro-startup marketplace) emails: ReplyCurrent, a SaaS making $225/mo, listed at $1.5k (0.6x multiple) with a description saying it's "on sale but not for sale" — the current owner claims the previous seller kept the domain and is trying to resell it, and got no help from Marc Lou. The same "undervalued assets" list also features an AR sketch iOS app earning $124/mo at a $4k asking price.
