Anthropic replays sampling on trusted machines to verify inference integrity
adam_karvonen · x · 2026-11-03
adamkarvonen notes Anthropic is using a recomputation approach to verify its inference hasn't been tampered with: replaying the sampling process for a response on a separate trusted machine. He says it closely mirrors the method proposed in his DiFR paper — a rare production deployment of verifiable inference.
