Open-Source Aictiq Pipes Kanban Tickets to Claude and Codex, PRs Ready by Morning
No_Drawer1301 · reddit · 2026-11-03
Developer Blago released Aictiq, an open-source (AGPL-3.0) delivery platform connecting board tickets to local AI coding agents. An npm runner makes only outbound HTTPS requests (no open ports/VPN), code stays on-machine, and existing Claude/Codex/Cursor/Copilot/OpenCode subscriptions are reused with no extra AI cost. The author's own workflow: schedule agents at 4am to implement a ticket, run e2e tests with screenshots, and wake up to a PR with visual confirmation. Features include ticket refinement showing touched files, per-project playbooks (chainable), stakeholder client access limited to the board, and awareness of 5h/weekly usage limits spreadable across runners. Free hosted edition (200MB attachment cap) plus self-hosting instructions; demo video linked.
