Elon Musk retweeted a user demo: @dkmitc used his Grok bot to shop new auto insurance. When it couldn't find Progressive's glass coverage info, the bot phoned Progressive directly and got the additional details — all while the owner was picking up his kids, never talking to a human. He shared the actual call recording and transcript (personal info bleeped), noting some room for improvement but concluding "it got the job done. My mind is thoroughly blown!"
