Workers IO launches deterministic simulation infra to verify AI coding agents' code

chaaai announced Workers IO, targeting verification—the slowest part of engineering. AI agents can now write years' worth of code in days, but verifying it still takes major effort, and the costliest failures surface in production.
Workers IO runs millions of simulated production scenarios across an entire system including dependencies, inside a deterministic hypervisor that injects faults like network delays, disk errors, clock skew, and process failures to test resilience. Deterministic execution makes results reproducible.
Quote-tweeter JoshARosen praised the approach of making verification an infrastructure concern: coding agents must make these complex simulations pass or iterate until they do, raising the bar on verification.
