Olmo 3 earns Nextcloud's top green Ethical AI rating: open code, weights, and data

In a follow-up, Ai2 notes Olmo 3 earned Nextcloud's highest Ethical AI rating: green. Green-rated models have open-source training and inference software, can be self-hosted, and have publicly available training data. Nextcloud engineer Marcel Klehr says fully open models like Olmo make transparent, explainable, auditable AI possible.
