AA-PersonalityBench goes live: build your own AI personality rankings across 41 models

Artificial Analysis has published AA-PersonalityBench results and methodology: it measures how models communicate rather than correctness. 30 personality traits are judged pairwise by LLM panels into Bradley-Terry Elo ratings, rolled up into 8 indexes, alongside 21 directly measured communication characteristics. Users can build custom personality rankings across 41 evaluated models.
