FireFlash shows domain-specific post-training unlocks frontier agents on modest compute
kaiwei_chang · x · 2026-11-03
The FireFlash authors argue the key is specialization, not general scaling: domain-specific post-training turns GLM-5.3-Flash into a frontier-level coding agent with modest training compute and far lower inference costs (46.2% on Terminal-Bench 4.0 at 30x lower cost per task than Fable 5 Max). The full agentic RL recipe is published at agenteconomics.org.
