Theo (t3dotgg) released an article and video systematically defining "harness" — the orchestration layer around coding agents — a term he says is widely used but never properly explained. He wrote it out of frustration that no single resource covers it, and clarifies his own T3 Code is not a harness. The retweeter expects it to become the canonical reference.
