Anthropic's Safeguards PM (Generalist) listing pays $385,000–$460,000, but candidates must complete take-home assignments without Claude unless explicitly allowed. The candidate page states: "Complete these without Claude unless we indicate otherwise," so the company can assess applicants' own skills and judgment.
