Figma PMs adopt PM OS: a 31-skill Claude Code repo keeping 60-70 PMs in sync
beeonaposy · x · 2026-11-03
Figma PM Ezra Mechaber turned his personal Claude Code setup into PM OS, a 31-skill repo now used by all 60-70 PMs at Figma. Highlights from the episode:
- A "what's up" skill run 6x a day to tame Slack
- One plain git repo keeping the whole PM org in sync
- Bug bashing with Codex, catching things humans never would
- AutoXP: an automated growth PM agent that found a huge win on its very first experiment
Also demoed: a real-time writing assistant. Onboarding asks for relative context up front so responses are personalized from day zero.
