Turning his photo library into drum samples with Gemini 4
alexanderchen · x · 2026-11-03
@alexanderchen is using Gemini 4 to turn his photo library into musical samples. The model renamed puffball mushroom photos to 53puffball-mushroom-1/2 in catalog.json and routed them into a 'Percussion Buckets' set with entries like Puffball Hollow Kick, Puffball Deep Kick, and Puffball Skin Tap. A counterintuitive multimodal workflow for sound design.
