LeRobot ships with Trackio: one flag for live robot training metrics

LeRobot, Hugging Face's robotics framework, now ships with Trackio experiment tracking built in. Adding --trackio.enable=true gives live loss curves, GPU metrics, and the exact command of every run. Open source and fully compatible with the HF Hub.
