Engineer who once earned $500k a year says he's now homeless after 800+ rejections

A veteran engineer with 28 years of experience, three technical books and AI work since the 1990s says he earned $500k/year three years ago and is now living in his car. Laid off from Adobe in September 2025, he sent hundreds of applications — mostly without even getting interviews — despite leading the Adobe Firefly client platform ($5b AI-influenced ARR), inventing the SudoLang prompting language, and helping 8 companies adopt agentic engineering. He calls his story a warning about the future of work.
