One-prompt WebGL rebuild of the 1904 Landlord's Game from its patent sheet
OdinLovis · x · 2026-11-02
A developer prompted an AI to "make this game in WebGL," and got a playable three.js 3D version of Lizzie Magie's 1904 Landlord's Game — the original Monopoly — with the board redrawn from the patent sheet as a sepia texture, preserving original lot prices, railroads and Public Treasury rules. The same author also runs a personal stats site tracking books, workouts and language learning live.
