TrendForce's supply chain radar shows top-end GPU lead times jumped 5 weeks to 45 as NVIDIA's Rubin transition begins. Hyperscalers will get Rubin first, leaving enterprise buyers on existing platforms.
- Memory is split: 96GB/128GB RDIMMs arriving faster, but 32GB/64GB modules remain severely tight
- DRAM lead times eased to 19 weeks, still over 2x normal
- MLCC extended to 38 weeks; ABF substrates at 48-56 weeks
- Since servers ship only when the slowest part arrives, Rubin's ramp hinges on substrates and capacitors running 3x+ balanced lead times
