Fable 5.5 creates 66-second animated short entirely with self-written code, no image models
oran_ge · x · 2026-11-02
Using the upcoming Fable 5.5 language model, @chetaslua produced a 66-second animated short where every frame and every sound was generated by Python code the model wrote itself — fox, paper birds, clouds, lettering, score, and sfx included. Specs: 1920×804, 24fps, all in a single HTML file, no generated images, stock assets, samples, or font files; 2h40m of autonomous work. The model itself noted it's "not Ghibli level."
