Nous-Girl: an open-source StackChan robot powered by Nous Research's Hermes Agent

Developer Alex Covo unveiled Nous-Girl, an independent open-source project that puts Nous Research's Hermes Agent into a tiny M5Stack StackChan desktop robot — a small body wired to a big brain. The companion site hosts robot demos, build notes, and design ideas; the code is open-source, self-hostable, and noncommercial.
Covo says community response has been overwhelming and he'll keep sharing the build while advocating open source, arguing frontier labs have no intention of creating equity and the digital divide is becoming permanent. "Open Source must win."
