Run protein folding models in your browser via WebGPU — no install needed
sokrypton · x · 2026-11-02
sokrypton updated his browser-based protein model collection with bioemu2, mol1, fastplm (confidence modules for ESMFold fast models), af3x crosslinks, and faster diffusion (exponential update and geometric noise schedule).
All run via WebGPU, allowing direct prediction on your own computer with nothing but a web browser. Warning from the author: it will drain your battery, overheat your device, and eat your data plan.
