Cursor Pro+ user burns through all quotas, says forced to upgrade to $200 Ultra plan
pramodk73 · x · 2026-11-02
A developer shared a screenshot of Cursor's Spending page showing his Pro+ plan ($60/mo) has hit 100% usage on both Cursor Models and Other Models quotas, with on-demand spend already at $39.60 of a $100 cap — six days before limits reset.
Since the work still needs to get done, he says he'll likely have to upgrade to the $200/mo Ultra tier (advertised with 20x usage limits). Notably, the included Grok Bot weekly usage sits at just 1%. The post is a data point on how quickly heavy users exhaust coding-assistant subscription tiers.
