AI circles are debating Lighthaven's event pricing after claims that a few-hour meetup costs $15K. A pricing screenshot shows: $50-$125 per person for events, $100-$250 per person per day for retreats/conferences, plus explicit "price discrimination" — they may charge more if your alternative venue is pricier, and offer big discounts (even free) for projects they like.
Back-of-envelope: at $125/head with 600 capacity, a single evening event could reach $75K, catering ($20-$50/meal) separate. AI-community-infrastructure gossip with real numbers.
