Nerd Venn diagram maps chemical elements, US states, country TLDs and solfège
MikePFrank · x · 2026-11-02
Mike Frank shared an intricate Venn diagram crossing four two-letter systems: 118 chemical element symbols, 50 US state abbreviations, 248 two-letter country-code TLDs (including .eu and .su), and 7 solfège syllables.
Each region labels which codes belong to multiple sets — e.g. La is simultaneously the element lanthanum, Louisiana, and Laos' ccTLD — with ∅ marking empty intersections. Matching ignores case and leading domain prefixes, per the footnote rules.
Purely geeky infoviz fun with no direct AI angle, but highly shareable.
