Visualizing agent swarms: a 3D stack view that drills down to single messages
strickvl · x · 2026-11-02
Developer strickvl shows an interactive visualization for agent swarms: a 3D stack view where teams sit on the floor and time moves upward, so failures shared across teams appear as a layer. You can click any slice or agent at a moment in time to see its messages and file edits, drilling from swarm down to team, agent, or a single message. He frames such views as 'MCP Apps' that agents themselves could propose, color-coding problematic behavior — since past a certain scale, nobody (even Hamel Husain) can read the full swarm logs.
