hermes-agent PR keeps every gateway connected, cutting gateway switch from confirm dialog to ~137ms

Teknium shared NousResearch/hermes-agent PR #147681 and invited users to try the branch. All registered gateways in Desktop/Webapp now stay connected for the window's lifetime: switching gateways is instant (137ms in real Electron/Xvfb tests) with no confirm dialog, no blanked session list (previously blank 4 of 67 samples), and no spinner.
